Plymouth Police Raid Alleged Drug House

Plymouth Township Police and the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office Municipal Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on an alleged  Conshohocken house and arrested two men. 

Sean Thomas Kerrigan, 30; and Joseph Marc Sierocinski Jr., 23, were arrested at their home in the 600 block of Clay Drive, Conshohocken, on Nov. 8 shortly after 6 a.m. after authorities entered the house, which was part of an "ongoing narcotic investigation," according to court documents. 

According to the criminal complaint, police found marijuana, packaging products, a scale and what appear to be two "tally sheets" or pieces of paper listing people who owe money from drug sales. 

Police also found a New Haven .22-cal. rifle as well as a safe that contained .22-cal. bullets -- both were found on the back porch, according to the report. 

From the complaint: " ... the marijuana recovered in this case was possessed by Kerrigan and Sierocinski with the intent to deliver. This is evident by the recovery of a larger amount of marijuana that is not yet broken down into smaller bags ..."

Kerrigan and Sierocinski were both charged with manufacturer, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver, and conspiracy -- both felonies. 

The defendants' preliminary arraigned was Monday before District Judge Francis Bernhardt; their preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 7 at 9 a.m.
