Redstone American Grill Unveils New Featured Dishes

Plymouth Meeting's Redstone American Grill unveiled new lunch and dinner specials, which will be available through April 24.

The restaurant, located on the Plymouth Meeting Mall property, offers lunch specials, including salmon fritters with fresh corn and jalapeno, chicken gouda salad with banana bread, a wood-fired cobia sandwich, chicken arrabbiata, which includes a spicy tomato sauce, and the La Frieda burger, which has a blend of chuck and short-rib prime beef and caramelized onions.

Dinner specials include several of the lunch options, with the addition of the Rio Grande rib eye with spicy Serrano pepper corn and blue cheese fries, and pan-seared crab cakes, served with crab-fried rice, Asian slaw and Yuzu aioli.

The dessert special is a warm chocolate coffee cake with Nutella sauce, vanilla ice cream and hazelnut brittle.
