Shuttle Busing Scheduled for Spring Mill, Conshohocken SEPTA Stations this Weekend

Busses will replace trains along SEPTA’s Manayunk/Norrsitown Regional Rail Line between Elm Street and Wissahickson stations on March 23 and March 24 for the last weekend of track and signal work on the line.

Passengers traveling to Center City will board shuttle busses 32 minutes before regularly scheduled train times – shuttle busses will stop at Main Street, Norristown Transportation Center, Conshohocken and Spring Mill Stations and will then express to Wissahickon Station.

Shuttle busses will not service Miquon, Manayunk or Ivy Ridge Stations – inbound passengers traveling to Manayunk or Ivy Ridge will transfer from shuttle buses to outbound trains at the Wissahickon Station.

Outbound lines will operate to Ivy Ridge, and passengers traveling to Norristown will board shuttle busses at Wissahickon Station and express to Spring Mill. The bus will then make the rest of the stops to Ivy Ridge.

There will be no train or shuttle busses to Miquon Station during these weekends; customers are asked to use the Spring Mill Station instead.

There will be supplemental service on Saturday evenings. Inbound trains will leave the Elm Street Station at regularly-scheduled train times, the latest being 12:27 a.m., and will service Main Street, Norristown Transportation Center, Spring Mill and Manayunk stations.

Supplemental service for outbound trains will be provided for customers traveling between the Manayunk and Elm Street Stations.  Trips will leave the Manayunk station at 12:43 a.m. and 1:43 a.m. on Saturdays during the rail work.

Passengers should add approximately 32 minutes onto their trips.
