So Fun! Frozen Yogurt Opens its Doors in Whitemarsh

So Fun! Frozen Yogurt opened on Thursday, and Patch was on hand to catch a glimpse of the new spot, located in the Whitemarsh Shopping Center.

SoFun! General Manager Joel Pena said that the business serves 16 rotating flavors - including coconut, mango, cake batter and more - of soft-serve, low-fat sorbets and yogurt.

More than 40 toppings are available, including cereals like Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Puffs, chopped up Reese's, Heath bars, and fresh fruit daily, including strawberry, pineapple and kiwi.

Each cup is purchased by weight - two full cups cost this local editor about $9.00. 

Aside from the frozen yogurt, there are a variety of activities for kids in the store. Two large televisions feature cartoons, a chalk board hangs for kids to draw, and there are coloring books, tattoos and more.

"We try to keep it fun," said Pena. "It's all about having a fun experience."

The Whitemarsh Township spot is the fourth So Fun! location to open in the area. Others are in Bethlehem, Easton and Wayne.
