Student Injured After 3-Story Fall at Chestnut Hill College

The student fell from an outside stairwell near Fournier Hall, according to reports.

 

An undergraduate student was injured after falling three from a building on the Chestnut Hill College Campus on Germantown Pike, near Whitemarsh Township, according to ABC Local.

The incident occurred on 3 p.m. on Wednesday when a student fell from the third-story outside stairwell near Fournier Hall on campus.

The student was rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center after suffering multiple injuries, including head injuries, according to Philly.com.

The name of the student is not being released; the school urges members of the college community to keep the students in “thought sand prayers at this time.”

Chestnut Hill College is located in the Northernmost section of Philadelphia, near Whitemarsh Township.
