Minor Sexually Assaulted by Elderly Plymouth Man, DA Says

A Plymouth Township man was arrested Thursday on charges of sexually abusing a female minor between the years of 2005 and 2008 at his home, according to Plymouth Township Police Chief Joseph Lawrence and Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman.
Joseph Budick, 85, of Shasta Road in Plymouth Township, stands accused of sexually abusing the girl between the years of 2005-2008, police said.

Budick was charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault and corruption of minors, according to Ferman.
Budick was arraigned on April 11 and bail was set at $100,000 unsecured bail, with the condition of having no unsupervised contact with minors, according to police.

A preliminary hearing will be held April 22 at 8:30 a.m. in front of Magisterial District Judge Francis J. Bernardt
