Someone stole a handbag belonging to a 56-year-old Villanova woman out of a vehicle parked in the 400 block of Pheasant Lane.
According to Whitemarsh Police, the theft happened between Dec. 31 at 8 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. the following morning.
The carmel-colored Ralph Lauren bag, worth $600, contained a Gucci wallet worth $450; a Louis Vuitton cosmetics bag worth $350; Prada sunglasses worth $318; and $110 in cash.

The bag was last seen on the floor of the vehicle, behind the driver's seat, police said; there was no sign of forced entry.
