A Plymouth Meeting Couple Runs A Small Family Farm On A Half-Acre Piece Of Suburban Land
Jon and Kathleen Tlush operate Tlush Family Farm on a half-acre parcel of land at their suburban Plymouth Meeting home. They spoke to 6ABC.
"It is not a stereotypical farm ... although it sounds like it," Jon Tlush told 6 ABC Action News as the sounds of chickens clucking behind him permeated the interview.
Jon and his wife, Kathleen, spoke to the television station recently about the small family farm they run on an incredibly condensed footprint — a half-acre, to be exact — not far from downtown Philadelphia.
The couple runs Tlush Family Farm out of their Plymouth Meeting home, where they sell eggs, microgreens and mushrooms to folks all throughout the community.
