‘Shredding Day’ Offered to Whitemarsh Residents
The event will be held at Miles Park on March 23.

Whitemarsh Residents are invited to bring their documents to Miles Park on March 23 between 8 a.m. and noon for the township's annual “Shredding Day.”
There are no limits to how many documents residents are permitted to shred. There is a $10 fee for resident commercial enterprises and a $15 fee for commercial non-residents.

"By shredding all documents with your personal identification, you are taking one of the most important steps towards protecting your personal information and to safeguard your credit," according to Identity Theft Tips.
All proceeds will benefit local organizations who assist with the event. In years past, the Whitemarsh Ambulance Service, Alex’s Lemonade Stand and the Barren Hill Fire Company were involved.
