Whitemarsh Roadway Fight Leads to Charges for KOP Man, Police Say
A King of Prussia man is accused of following a vehicle through Conshohocken and Whitemarsh and eventually fighting the driver.

A King of Prussia man faces several charges relating to a Feb. 26 incident in which he allegedly followed a woman and her boyfriend through the streets of Conshohocken, threatening them and eventually fighting with the male driver, according to the Whitemarsh Police Department.
According to police, the incident allegedly began at the intersection of Fayette and Elm streets, when Thomas Joseph Mahoney, 18, and his passenger allegedly threatened the couple, who was in the car ahead of them. They then allegedly threw a soda at the victims, police said.
At the intersection of Hector Street and Cedar Grove Road, Mahoney allegedly exited their vehicle and pulled the male driver out of his vehicle and the two fought in the street for a few minutes, before the male victim returned to the vehicle and drove away, police said.

Mahoney allegedly followed the couple to the intersection of Germantown Pike and Joshua Road, where he drove off in an unknown direction, police said.
According to police, the male victim had a bloody nose and blood on his hands, but refused treatment. The female victim was untouched in the incident.

The female victim previously filed a Protection From Abuse (PFA) order against Mahoney on Feb. 21, according to police.
Mahoney faces charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, according to court records.
