Whitemarsh Township Parks and Rec Finds a New Home
Department plans its move on Friday, Jan. 18 to Koontz Park.
The Whitemarsh Township Department of Parks and Recreation will soon have a new home. The municipality's department, which operates the community camps, events, programs and party rentals, was previously located at 4021 Joshua Road, in Lafayette Hill.
According to the township's website, the move is planned for Friday, Jan. 18. The new home for the department will be Koontz Park.
The new Koontz Park location will be situated at 2391 Harts Lane.

"The Parks and Recreation Department will be closed on Friday, Jan. 18 during the move and will re-open on Tuesday, Jan. 22 at the Koontz Park location," said the township's website.
