“Whole Body Health” will be held April 18 at the same time. Customers will learn the basics of good nutrition, the correlations between food we eat and our health, and some information on the world of acid and alkaline diets.
On April 25, the group will meet on “Long Term Success,” in which food-mood connections, body’s cues, and mindful eating will be discussed.
The final meeting, a celebration dinner, will be held on May 2, when challengers can enjoy a four-course meal. Attendees to the dinner must have attended at least one class.
Light refreshments will be served each week; those who attend all three classes will be rewarded with a goody bag worth $25.
