Deonte Kelly, 23, is being sought in connection with the killings of two Montco teens. The District Attorney is offering a $5,000 reward.

POTTSTOWN, PA — Police in Montgomery County have secured an arrest warrant for a Philadelphia man who they believe to be connected to a double homicide in Pottstown Borough last week.
Investigators are looking to track down Deonte "Taz" Kelly, 23, of the 200 block of East Penn Street in Philadelphia, who is being wanted for two counts of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, third-degree murder, robbery and conspiracy relating to the gunshot killings of 17-year-old Skyler Fox and 18-year-old Brandon Bacote-Byer in Pottstown on Oct. 17 just after 11:30 p.m.
The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said that Kelly, who is considered to be armed and dangerous, has eight other outstanding warrants for his arrest in addition to this latest warrant, and also has an open bench warrant in Montgomery County.

Fox and Bacote-Byer were found dead lying next to Fox's vehicle after suffering from multiple gunshots.
Investigators did not recover a backpack from the scene, but witnesses reported to officers that they saw Fox with a backpack on his shoulder after being shot, but that the item was gone minutes latter.
Police believe that the two might have been killed and robbed in a drug deal gone bad.
Prosecutors last week announced the arrest of Dominic Carboni, 17, of Schwenksville in connection with the double homicide.

The DA's Office said a police investigation had uncovered that Carboni, who was arrested on Oct. 20 on murder charges, was meeting up with Fox to purchase marijuana.
He was believed to be driving a maroon Ford F-15 pickup truck that is registered to his father.
The DA's Office said that prior to meeting up with the two victims, Carboni picked up Kelly in the same pickup truck and then drove to the meetup location where the teens ended up being gunned down.
