Pottstown Classic Car Show Brings Back the Nostalgia
The Pottstown Classic Car Club will hold first Saturday themed "Nostalgia Nights" classic car shows through September.

There are lots of experiences that trigger a trip down memory lane, however, Pottstown Classics Car Club gets lovers of nostalgia there in style.
The Pottstown Classics Car Club, which was formed in 1980, sponsors the annual summer Nostalgia Night events. The events, which take place the first Saturday of the month from May through September, features all types of vehicles, including antiques, street rods, customs, trucks, vans and sports cars. Each of the car show events hold a particular theme to enhance the family-friendly atmosphere.
The remaining themes for the 2013 Nostalgia Nights season are as follows:

- June 1 — Back to Happy Days
- July 6 — Light Show
- Aug. 3 — Honoring Law Enforcement and First Responders
- Sept. 7 — Wild West
The June 1 – “Back to Happy Days” will feature first-and-second-place trophies for the best 1950s and 1960s themed cars and one trophy each for the best dressed male and female participant (need not be a couple), representing the decades.
The Nostalgia Night car shows take place from 5 – 9 p.m. on High Street. There is a $10 registration fee per vehicle.
