Henrick has indeed prevailed, winning election to her third as Pottstown's mayor, according to unofficial results Tuesday night.

With both of the borough's precincts reporting, the Democrat had a 3,082 to 1,584 lead over Republican Jarred Harring.

Pottstown has been solidly blue for years, and Henrick's third consecutive commanding victory underscores the borough's position as one of the county's key Democratic strongholds. However, Harring's strong campaign doubtlessly lays the groundwork for future Republican aspirations in the borough.

The first mail-in ballots and some early precincts are reporting, and preliminary results are in for the Pottstown mayoral race.

As expected, Democrats hold a large early lead, as a larger proportion of mail-in voters are Democrat.

POTTSTOWN, PA — Polls have closed Tuesday night and results for the Pottstown mayoral race are beginning to trickle in from around the area.

Incumbent Democrat Stephanie Henrick is looking to win her third consecutive term in office, after being first elected to the post in 2017.

She's challenged by local small business owner Jarred Harring.

Henrick won huge in 2017, her first election, 1,516 to 867. She ran unopposed in 2021, earning a near identical 1,507 votes, with just 77 votes being cast for a write-in candidate.
