38-Townhome Development To Be Considered By Radnor Officials Thursday

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Radnor Township officials Thursday will consider a conditional use application for three Wayne properties at which a townhome development is being floated.
The Board of Commissioners are hosting the hearing at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the Radnorshire room of the Radnor municipal building.
According to the township, the properties in question are 208 and 228 Strafford Ave., as well as 18 Forrest Lane in Wayne.

Thirty-eight townhomes are being eyed for the 7.5 acre property.

Additionally, the developers are seeking to construct common open space areas, new stormwater management facilities, and related improvements.

Trustees of Dorrance Hamilton 3/15/1996 Revocable Agreement of Trust are seeking the conditional use clearances.
