Burglars Target Radnor Township Businesses New Year’s Weekend

Police are searching for suspects in two burglaries and two retail thefts over the holiday weekend.

RADNOR, PA - Burglaries and thefts were reported over New Year’s weekend at commercial establishments, including a pizzeria, in Radnor Township.

Police are asking the community to provide information on these four reported burglaries and thefts.

  • Burglars entered an unlocked delivery door at Lovecchio's Pizza, 192 Landover Road, on New Year’s weekend and stole a cash register and some cash. The burglary was discovered at 8 a.m. Monday, and police believe it occurred between Saturday night and Monday morning.
  • Burglars broke into a commercial establishment in the 200 block of West Lancaster Avenue during the overnight hours between Friday night, Dec. 30, and Saturday morning, Dec. 31, and stole unspecified items. The location of the burglary was incorrectly reported on Jan. 3. It did not occur in Wayne Town Center.
  • A Gucci watch was stolen at 6:04 p.m. Monday, Jan. 2, from the T.J. Maxx store, 550 E. Lancaster Ave. The theft was recorded on video, which showed the suspect taking the watch out of a jewelry case and hiding it. The suspect is described as a tall Black male and was last seen exiting the parking lot in a black Range Rover.
  • At 4:30 p.m. on New Year’s Day a suspect was seen on surveillance video leaving T.J. Maxx with a shopping cart of items from the men’s department. Store security reported that video footage showed a female with blonde hair exiting the store without paying for items in the cart.
