Carroll Student Finally Gets His Wish for a Family

Ethan was a long-time foster child who'd been through a number of families and was about to age out of the foster care system when the Pascucci's stepped in and offered him a home.

Philly.com recently featured the story of 17-year-old Ethan, a student at Archbishop Carroll High School in Radnor, and the Pascucci family of East Norriton. Ethan had been in foster care since the age of 9 when his father was killed and he and his two sisters were taken from their mother, who suffered from addiction.

But Ethan's painful story saw a turn toward a happy ending this month when John and Karen Pascucci, along with Charley, their 6-year-old daughter, welcomed Ethan into their home as their adopted son and brother.
