Christmas Tree Lighting Set For Friday Night In Wayne
Attendees will be able to enjoy ornament making crafts, face painting, strolling carolers, carnival games, a bounce house, and more.
WAYNE, PA — This Friday, Wayne will get a visit from Santa Claus, who will help light the Christmas tree.
From 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., downtown Wayne will host its main holiday event.
The event is being hosted by Action News Sports Director Ducis Rodgers.

Attendees will be able to enjoy ornament making crafts, face painting, strolling carolers, carnival games, a bounce house, a balloon artist, and trolley and train rides.
Christmas Trolley rides begin at the Radnor Middle School bus loop on South Wayne Avenue. Train rides will be offered in South Wayne parking lot.

The Christmas tree will be lit at 7:30 p.m. at the Wayne Train Station after Santa arrives via Radnor fire truck down North Wayne Avenue.
There will also be caroling at the tree.
And the Grinch will be sneaking around Wayne, so look out.
Radnor Township Police said North Wayne Avenue metered parking will be restricted beginning at 3 p.m. Friday. The parking lots will be open for use, however.
