DELAWARE COUNTY— It's after 8 p.m. and polls are closed in the 2025 primary election, and voters in Delaware County have cast their ballots for the county council.

Delaware County Controller Joanne Phillips and Councilman Richard Womack are on the ballot for the Democrats, while Brian Burke and Liz Piazza are on the Republican ticket.
