Children's Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP)

Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP) changes lives by providing scholarship funding for Philadelphia families to choose a tuition-based school that meets their student’s educational needs. CSFP is the largest and most diverse provider of K-8th scholarship support in Pennsylvania, focusing on the highest-need students in the lowest-achieving schools in the city. During the 2025-26 school year, CSFP awarded more than 6,800 scholarships for K-8th grade students enrolled at nearly 150 area tuition-based schools. The sixth annual Devon Horse Show Christmas Tree sale kicks off today, Friday, December 2, at 4:30 p.m. at the former Sunoco station lot next to the Horse Show grounds on Lancaster Avenue. The sale will feature 6-10 foot tall Douglas Fir and Frasier Fir trees cut fresh this week in the Poconos.  Devon Country Fair Executive Committee member Mimi Killian tells Patch this should be a great year for the Pennsylvania-grown trees because of the amount of rainfall.
