A full collection schedule is posted online here. The collection schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions.
Residents should set out leaves at the curb as close to the first day of their district’s collection as possible. Leaves should not be set out more than seven days before the collection.
All leaves should be at the curb by 7 a.m. on the first day of the district's collection.
Leaf piles should be free of sticks, rocks, dirt, pumpkins, and other debris.
Other leaf collection guidelines are:
- Do not block storm drains or fire hydrants.
- Do not park on piles of leaves, preventing collection and posing a fire hazard.
- Do not allow children to play in leaf piles.
- Please follow leaf collection schedule for requested placement of leaves.
- Please leave a 4-to-5-inch space between the leaves and the curb to allow for water flow in case of rain.
- If the crew has passed your home, please wait for the second collection to put out more leaves.
- Do not put out more leaves once the second collection has occurred.
- Residents are responsible for their own leaf removal after the Township Leaf Collection program has ended on Dec. 20.
No yard waste will be collected throughout December to allow crews to focus on leaf collection.
