Reissner described the menu at Triple Crown as "a masterclass in elegance and balance — featuring a distinguished selection of prime cuts and seafood, elevated by refined accompaniments."
"Each dish is a tribute to American classics, thoughtfully reimagined with depth and modern sensibility," he said. "I’m especially excited about our raw bar offerings, including our signature tuna tartare with mango, jalapeño, and shiso, as well as the Triple Crown Prime Rib, seasoned with our proprietary rub — meticulously crafted over a decade of refinement — and slow-roasted to perfection."
