Pet First Aid Training Class Coming To Radnor In May

The three-hour class will teach pet owners how to quickly respond to bone fractures, ticks, lameness, wounds, and more.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Pet injuries are devastating to pet owners. Luckily, Radnor Township is hosting a class that will educate pet owners on pet first aid.

The class will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 4 in the Radnorshire Room of the Radnor Township Administration Building.

Registration is $65 for Radnor Township residents and $95 for non-residents.

The class is designed for people 10 and older.

Over the three-hour course, participants will learn the importance of pet first aid.

Topics will include dealing with scenarios around bone fractures, wounds, ticks, seizures, lameness, bee stings, and more.

Pet CPR will not be covered in the class.

All demonstrations will be performed on stuffed animals, as pet will not be permitted in the class.

Participants should bring a notepad, water, and snacks if necessary.
