Radnor Board of Health Looks at Restaurant Inspection Process Post-Yangming: Report
The Board, meeting for the first time since the Yangming closure, discussed possible changes in inspection process
Following the recent incident in which popular Radnor Township Chinese restaurant Yangming was shut down over a roach infestation, the Township may adjust how it handles restaurant inspections.
According to Main Line Media News, Radnor’s Board of Health discussed the issue Wednesday in its first meeting of the fall.
The Board noted that Delaware County does not have its own county health department, while other neighboring counties do, and local cities end up doing the inspections themselves and are overextended.
