Radnor Commissioners Set Hearing Date For Condomium Proposal
The hearing is on a request to construct 52 condominiums in downtown Wayne.
RADNOR, PA —A public hearing is scheduled at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19, on a proposal to construct 52 condominiums with retail space at West and Bellevue avenues in the Wayne Business District.
The hearing before the township commissioners is in the Radnorshire room in the township municipal building at 301 Iven Ave.
The project also includes providing storm water upgrades and a parking garage.
