RADNOR, PA —A public hearing is scheduled at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 8, on a proposal to construct 52 condominiums with retail space at West and Bellevue avenues in the Wayne Business District.
The hearing before the township commissioners is in the Radnorshire room in the township municipal building at 301 Iven Ave.

The project also includes providing stormwater upgrades and a parking garage.

A community group, "West Ave Alliance" believes that a proposed mixed us is slightly better than other alternatives, according to Lisa Delizia, a resident who lives near the site.
