Radnor Residents Invited To Help Shape The Future Of Downtown Wayne
Residents have two chances this week to learn about "A Vision for Wayne," the initiative to develop a master plan for the busy neighborhood.
RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Radnor Township residents are invited to help determine the future of downtown Wayne as township officials work to develop their master plan for the neighborhood.
According to the township, "A Vision for Wayne" will serve as a roadmap for decisions on housing, historic preservation, open space, mobility, design and land use, and more.
And residents have a few opportunities this week to be included in the shaping of the plan.

MJB Consulting will host a presentation that aims to demystify the science of why retailers choose the locations they do and how compelling downtowns happen or don’t happen Thursday.
The event will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday in the Radnor Township Municipal Building, 301 Iven Ave. in Wayne.

And on Saturday, the township is inviting community members to an open house event on the plan.
"A Vision for Wayne: Kick Off Open House" will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the North Wayne Parking Lot, next to Gingy’s.
At the open house, residents can review initial master plan findings, share downtown Wayne experiences, and let township officials know what they would like to see in the future.
