RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Radnor Township is looking for someone to fill the role of the local economic development manager.

- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, economic development, marketing, municipal planning or a related field
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in economic development, marketing, business attraction, community development, planning or a related field.
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating considerable knowledge and exposure to the principles and practices of economic and community development programs may be considered.
- Ability to obtain state regulated certifications.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook software for word processing, spreadsheet, database and electronic mail functions.
- Excellent negotiation, written and interpersonal communications skills, with the ability to deal effectively with elected officials, developers, members of the business community, residents, media, fellow staff, and federal, state, and county regulators.
- Possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License at the time of employment.
The Radnor Township Economic Development Manager is responsible for driving economic growth and development in the township.
The job involves creating and implementing strategies to attract and retain businesses, foster job creation, and enhance the overall economic vitality of the township.
