Get ready to benvenuta primavera (welcome spring) in style! On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, Testa Rossa Glen Mills invites you to toast the season with the highly anticipated grand opening of its outdoor patio at 919 Baltimore Pike.

From 5 – 7 PM, guests will be treated to a complimentary Aperol Spritz while soaking up the fresh air and vibrant atmosphere of Testa Rossa’s outdoor space—the perfect setting for al fresco dining, lively conversations, and unforgettable meals.

Nestled in the Shoppes of Brinton Lakes, Testa Rossa Glen Mills delivers a bold and flavorful Italian-American experience with housemade pasta, hand-tossed pizzas, and crave-worthy share plates. The new outdoor oasis includes 52 patio seats and 43 seats on a three-season covered portico, surrounded by lush greenery and a serene fountain—an idyllic backdrop for everything from casual lunches to romantic dinners.

Inside, Testa Rossa embodies the fiery spirit of its namesake, “Redhead,” with a vibrant red lacquer bar, and plush banquettes. Open daily for lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner, Testa Rossa offers classic Italian flavors with an American twist. “Our menu is a mashup of Italian and American cuisine. We romantically embrace Italian culinary technique while unapologetically breaking all the ‘rules’ we just don’t feel like following,” says Culinary Director Merick Devine, who also leads the kitchen at Fearless Restaurants’ Rosalie Wayne.
