White Dog Cafe Wayne & Glen Mills to Host Yappy Hours

Join White Dog Cafe Wayne and White Dog Cafe Glen Mills for a pawsitively furbulous time!

White Dog Cafe invites dog lovers and their furry companions to enjoy a season of dog-friendly patio events from May 14 to October 1, between 3 PM and 6 PM. Guests can relax on the scenic patios, spend quality time with their pups, and indulge in special dog-friendly treats from Giggybites Dog Ice Cream and Appleville Dog Treats, available on the menu at both locations.

The season will launch on May 7, 2025, at White Dog Cafe Glen Mills with a special visit from Providence Animal Center and adoptable dogs. Providence Animal Center will also be on-site at Glen Mills on the first Wednesday of each month, offering opportunities to meet and adopt dogs in need of loving homes. The organization, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, provides rescue, adoption, medical care, and training for companion animals. In advance of each event, dogs available for adoption will be featured on Providence Animal Center’s social media, including Facebook and Instagram, as well as White Dog Cafe Glen Mills’ social media channels. Team members and volunteers from Providence will be available on-site to assist with adoptions and answer questions.

White Dog Cafe Glen Mills will also welcome special guests throughout the season. Glen Mills Veterinary Hospital will be on-site on May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, and September 10. Giggybites will make an appearance on May 21, Scenthound will be on-site on May 28 and Appleville Treats will be on-site June 4 and September 3. Additional pop-up events will be announced on White Dog Cafe Glen Mills' social media.

Located in the Shoppes of Brinton Lake at 981 Baltimore Pike, White Dog Cafe Glen Mills offers 108 outdoor seats, including 12 at the outdoor bar. The patio is open daily.

White Dog Cafe Wayne, located at 200 W. Lancaster Ave., features 80 outdoor seats and will host Braxton’s Animal Works and Appleville Treats on the following dates: May 14, June 11, July 2, August 6, August 27, and September 24.

Woof Gang Dog Grooming and Bakery Wayne, a premier pet boutique offering expert grooming services and a wide selection of all-natural treats, gourmet baked goods, and high-quality pet products will be onsite May 21, June 18, July 16, August 20, and September 24. These events will also include special prize drawings.

Well-behaved dogs and their owners are always welcome on the patios at White Dog Cafe throughout the year during lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Guests can dine, socialize, and enjoy a welcoming, pet-friendly atmosphere.
