$20,000 in Copper Stolen from Ridge Ave. Building, Police Say

The owner of a property located in the 6000 block of Ridge Avenue reported to police that more than $20,000 in copper piping has been stolen from the premises. 

The owner told police that between 3 p.m. on April 15 and 9 a.m. on April 17 the rear door of the vacant property was forced open and sections of piping were removed from various rooms in the building.
