Boy, 16, Last Seen In Roxborough Thursday Afternoon
Sixteen-year-old Thomas "TJ" Clemson was last seen at about 3:30 p.m. on the 700 block of Cathedral Road in Roxborough, police said.
ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — A missing teenager was last spotted in Roxborough, according to Philadelphia Police.
Police said Thomas "TJ" Clemson was last seen at 3:30 p.m. Thursday on the 700 block of Cathedral Road in Roxborough.
He is 16 years old, stands 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs 200 pounds.

Police said the teen has brown hair and brown eyes.
