Car Plunges Into Wissahickon Creek In East Falls: Reports

The crash happened just before 1 a.m. on Ridge Avenue near the SEPTA bus depot in East Falls.

EAST FALLS, PHILADELPHIA — A car plunged into Wissahickon Creek early Monday morning, and authorities are looking for the driver.

The incident happened at about 12:45 a.m. on Ridge Avenue near the SEPTA bus depot in East Falls, according to KYW Radio.

Action News reports the vehicle drove through the guardrail before falling into the creek.
