Celebrate Eagles Super Bowl Win In Manayunk Saturday

MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA – It still seems surreal. Even after watching the game, going crazy on the streets, and watching the massive parade, the fact that the Philadelphia Eagles brought the Lombardi trophy to our city is still sinking in.

And to thank the team for their outstanding season, the Manayunk community wants to hold a celebration event and send a card to the team.

From noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, the community is invited to the Nickels Building at 4323 Main St. in Manayunk for the celebration.

Attendees will have a chance to sign an eight-foot greeting card that will be delivered to the team.

While at the event, anyone who signs the card will get an Eagles pin and can take a chance at winning raffle prizes from various Manayunk businesses, including the Wall Cycling Studio, Smoke Cigar and Hookah Lounge, Latitudes and Longitudes, and Pineapple on Main.
