Duplex on Hermit Seeks Legalization

The Wissahickon Interested Citizens Association will discuss a proposal to legalize a duplex at 5444 Hermit Terrace at their regular monthly meeting on Wednesday.

The organization also has plans to discuss traffic control at the Wissahickon station.

According to the Civic, traffic engineering has proposed a crosswalk at Rochelle Ave. and Sumac St.

They have also attempted to help clear traffic from the intersection as well as provide a standing area for SEPTA passengers.

The Wissahickon Interested Citizens Association meets on Wednesday, May 8 at 7:00 p.m., in the board room of the Northern Children's Services, 5301 Ridge Ave.
