Costello is among the leaders of a group of 17 right-wing Congressmen who introduced the "Republican Climate Resolution" in the House of Representatives on Wednesday, March 15. Two other Philadelphia-area Representatives, Brian Fitzpatrick and Pat Meehan, are also among that group.

Family Dog Accidentally Strangles Warrington Boy By His Scarf While Playing In Snow: Police
Warrington Police released additional details on the local boy who was rescued from the snow on March 15. Described as a "tragic accident," the boy was found face down in after being accidentally strangled by the family dog. The boy's mother looked outside to find the dog tugging on and pulling at the child's scarf, according to Police Chief Daniel Friel. Latest reports indicate the boy is still alive, but heavily sedated.

The Foodery Finally Sets Opening Date In Phoenixville
Phoenixville's The Foodery is a long time coming, and while this isn't the first time a grand opening has been promised, the popular beer emporium and sandwich shop has set an opening date for sometime between April 1 and April 15. The precise date of the grand opening remains to be published.
$3M Project To Repave Rt. 13 Starts Next Week, Lane Restrictions Planned
Nearly 7 miles of Rt. 13 in Bensalem and Bristol townships will be repaved in a project that starts March 23. Weekday lane restrictions are planned. The $3 million project will resurface 6.7 miles of Rt. 13 between the Philadelphia County line and Rt. 413 in Bensalem and Bristol townships. The project is scheduled for completion by summertime, the PennDOT estimates.
North Penn Commons To Host Free Train Show
The North Penn S Gaugers will host a model train show at the North Penn Commons lobby on 606 E. Main St. on Friday, March 24 and Saturday, March 25. Hours on Friday are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for Saturday. Admission is free, and the model trains are set to run on a 20-by-24 layout in the north end of the lobby.
