Farmers Market Opens in Pretzel Park

The new Farmers Market in Pretzel Park opened for business on Saturday, May 25, despite some less than ideal weather.

Merchants had items on display that included organic vegetables, fresh eggs and homemade goods.

The farmers market is sponsored and put together by the same people behind the Roxborough Food Co-Op initiative.

The market will run on Saturdays throughout the summer from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
