Film Project To Force Closures On Falls Bridge Wednesday
The Falls Bridge will have intermittent closures Wednesday morning and afternoon due to an unspecified film project, city officials said.
PHILADELPHIA — The Falls Bridge will have traffic closures Wednesday due to a film project, Philadelphia officials said Tuesday.
Intermittent traffic closures will be in place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the bridge, which spans the Schuylkill River and connects Kelly Drive and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Wednesday.
The intermittent closures will go into effect for safety conditions at the Philadelphia Police Department’s discretion, who will be onsite providing traffic control.

Traffic delays can be expected.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area by using alternate routes and allow for extra driving time in areas near the event.

Officials did not say what the project being filmed is.
However, Apple Studios has recently been filming a new Ridley Scott series called "Sinking Spring" in and around Philadelphia.
