Five Philadelphia Men Arrested in Child Predator Sweep
The Attorney General's Office charged 15 defendants after a two-week sweep of southeastern Pennsylvania.

Five Philadelphia men each face multiple counts of distribution and possession of child pornography following their arrests in a two-week sweep led by the Attorney General’s Office.
Leonard Brown, 30, of the Roxborough section of Philadelphia, was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of distribution of child pornography, 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility. He is custody at Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility, unable to post 10 percent bond on $75,000 bail, according to court records.
Kyle Davis, 27, of the Kingsessing neighborhood of Philadelphia, has been charged with two counts of distribution of child pornography, 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility. He remains in custody on 10 percent of $100,000 bail.

Tyrone Jones, 45, of the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia, has been charged with three counts of distribution of child pornography, 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility. He posted 10 percent bond on $50,000 bail on April 13.
Jason Logan, 28, of the Overbrook section of Philadelphia, has been charged with one count of distribution of child pornography, three counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Chall Senh Su, 28, of South Philadelphia, has been charged with one count of distribution of child pornography, five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility. He posted 10 percent bond on $50,000 bail.
In the last two weeks, the Office of Attorney General has dispatched agents across the Philadelphia area as part of an ongoing investigation into the online sharing of child pornography and online advertisements relating to the sexual exploitation of children.
Attorney General Kathleen Kane said the Child Predator Section joined efforts with the FBI, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Philadelphia Special Victims Unit, and the Bensalem, Lansdale, Lower Merion Township, Tinicum Township and West Norriton Police Departments for the investigations.
The other defendants include:
- Casey James Boone, 28, Lansdale, charged with one count of distribution of child pornography, five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
- Matthew J. Cullen, 33, Langhorne, charged with one count each of distribution of child pornography, possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.
- Victor Marcelo Deanda, 27, Trappe, charged with three counts of distribution of child pornography, 15 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
- Ryan Garner, 35, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, charged with one count each of criminal attempt to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, criminal attempt to commit indecent assault and criminal use of a communication facility.
- Robert Charles Goodyear, 69, Warminster, charged with one count each of distribution of child pornography, possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.
- Michael K. Kelly, 42, Bala Cynwyd, is charged with 100 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
- Moises Alexis Perez-Gonzalez, 30, Lansdale, charged with one count of distribution of child pornography, 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
- Jaaron Neftali Rinfret, 20, Norristown, charged with two counts of distribution of child pornography, six counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
- Allan Christopher Smith, 47, Morrisville, charged with 300 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
- Andrew John Tafel, 29, Abington, charged with 33 counts of distribution of child pornography, 100 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
“Suspected child predators can be reported to the Office of Attorney General by calling the Child Predator Hotline at 1-800-385-1044,” the attorney general’s office said. Reports can also be made to the anonymous tip line by texting: PAKIDS and the tip to 847411.
