You Can Now Text For Beer Delivery At Phillies Games
The Phillies and Citizens Bank Park food service provider Aramark don't want you to miss any on-field action by offering beverage delivery.
PHILADELPHIA – If you go to a Phillies game, chances are good you'll get up at least once to get a water or beer. But in doing so you miss some on-field action.
Luckily, the Phils and Citizens Bank Park food service provider Aramark are offering a new way for fans to get a beverage while staying firmly in their seats.
Starting now, fans sitting in sections 142 through 145 can now use their iPhones to order and pay for beer, water, and other beverages that will be hand delivered to them.

Getting your delivered beverages is pretty simple, too.
Fans can use their iPhone’s Messages app to have the menu items delivered to their seats. Below are instructions to get a drink delivered:
- Open the iPhone Camera app;
- Scan the QR code on the seat back;
- Follow the prompts on the Messages text screen to place order;
- Complete transaction with Apple Pay;
- Enjoy the game while order is delivered to seat location.
"We look forward to joining Aramark in testing this mobile delivery service, an innovative use of Apple Business Chat that further enhances the food and beverage experience at Citizens Bank Park," David Buck, Phillies Executive Vice President, said in a press release. "With this new pilot program, food ordering and delivery is as easy as a text message, and we are excited to be the first sports facility in the country to try out this new technology."
