Husband and Wife Wrested Out of Bed at Gunpoint, Police Say
A man and woman are pulled from their beds while they slept.

Four armed robbers pulled a husband and wife from their beds while they slept and stole money from a home on Ripka Street, police said.
A husband and wife were sleeping in their bed in their home on the 300 block of Ripka Street on May 7, when four armed men entered the residence through an unlocked front door at around 12:15 a.m., police said.
The men entered the bedroom, pulled the husband from the bed and struck him in the face with a gun, police said.

The wife was also pulled out of the bed and taken to the living room at gunpoint, police said.
The robbers ordered the wife to search the apartment for money, and a cell phone and $120 cash were taken from the home, police said.

The husband was taken to Roxborough Hospital where he received seven stitches, and he was also treated for a concussion, police said.
