Inaugural Homecoming Set for Roxborough HS

Dance and sports games on tap this weekend.

Hoping to start an annual tradition, Roxborough High School debuts homecoming festivities this weekend.

Principal Stephen Brandt, an alum himself, worked with faculty and athletics to orchestrate a homecoming dance and athletic contests to celebrate school spirit at the Ridge Avenue high school.

"This is a great time to be at Roxborough High School... I want to make these kids' experiences similar to what happens in the suburbs," Brandt previously said to Patch.
