Kelly Drive Closing Saturday For Dragon Boat Regatta

PHILADELPHIA — A portion of Kelly Drive will be closed Saturday as the Dragon Boat Regatta takes place.
According to Philadelphia Police, the road will be detoured starting at 6 a.m. Saturday.
The affected portion is between Strawberry Mansion Drive and Fountain Green Drive.

Police said the closure will be in effect through about 6 p.m.
Drivers will be detoured during the closure.

Drivers coming into the city will be detoured south up the Strawberry Mansion Drive ramp to Reservoir Drive, then south on Reservoir Drive to Fountain Green Drive, west on Fountain Green Drive back to Kelly Drive.
Those heading away from the city will be detoured east on Fountain Green Drive to Reservoir Drive, then north on Reservoir Drive to Strawberry Mansion Drive, North on the Strawberry Mansion Drive ramp back to Kelly Drive.
Detour signs will be posted throughout the detour.
Drivers should expect delays.
