ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia Police are asking for help finding a missing man who was last seen in Roxborough.
According to police, Jon Richard, 46, was last seen at about 9:15 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Fairthorne Avenue.
He is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 152 pounds.
