Boss Punches Employee in the Face, Police Say
$8,500 in construction equipment also stolen in this round of police reports.

Aggravated Assault: On March 11, at approximately 4:20 p.m., police received a report of an aggravated assault in the 300 block of Gates Street. According to police, a man got into an argument with his boss that resulted in the boss punching his employee in the face. Police say that the employee received 12 stitches after the incident.
Burglary: On March 9, at approximately 7 a.m., police received a report of a burglary in the 3700 block of Main Street. According to police, several pieces of construction equipment were taken from a work site including copper piping, hand tools, a shot and pin gun and a rotary hammer. Police value the items stolen at $8,520.
Burglary: On March 11, at 9 p.m., police received a report of a burglary in the 600 block of Dupont Street. According to police, a burglar entered a home without any sign of forced entry and stole three laptop computers, a flat screen TV and two sets of car keys.
