Man Sought For Felony Retail Theft In Roxborough-Manayunk Area: Philly Police
According to Philadelphia Police, Jarrell Haywood Porter is wanted for multiple felony retail thefts in the city and surrounding counties.
ROXBOROUGH-MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia Police are asking for help finding a man they said is responsible for felony retail thefts in the Manayunk- Roxborough area, as well as other areas in and around the city.
According to police, Jarrell Haywood Porter is wanted for multiple felony retail thefts in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
Porter is driving a blue Mitsubishi Mirage, with a missing hubcap or donut on the passenger side front, with a Pennsylvania license plate reading LCV5259.

The vehicle has a VIN number of ML32F3FJ9KHF12603, police said.
If you see Porter, do not approach him and instead call 911 immediately.
