Philadelphia Police said the young mother and her infant daughter who were last seen in Roxborough have been found.
PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia Police said a young mother and her infant daughter have been found after they were last seen in Roxborough.
According to police, the mother, 17, and her daughter, just 3 months old, were last seen Sunday night on Ridge Avenue in Roxborough.
Police later said the mother-daughter duo were located.
