It is located at 106 Jamestown Ave. in Manayunk

Visitors can enjoy food and drinks while supporting a greener Philadelphia region, as proceeds from the pop-up garden help the horticulture society advance community health and well-being through year-round greening initiatives.

The PHS Pop Up Garden will host a variety of engaging events throughout the season, including both free and ticketed events. Connect with fellow plant lovers and learn more about gardening!

Visitors can explore their creative side with hands-on craft workshops, including garden embroidery, pressed flower workshops, orchid workshops and moss terrarium making. These interactive sessions provide a fun and relaxing way to learn new gardening techniques and skills while creating a unique, take-home place inspired by nature.

The monthly, free Plant Swap series is back again this year at both gardens. Throughout the season, guests who visit South Street can acquire new plants for their homes thanks to Solo Real Estate, a Center City-based independent real estate company committed to sustainably investing in communities. Solo Real Estate will co-host the monthly Plant Swaps with giveaways of horticultural favorites such as summer bulbs, houseplants, succulents, and more. Solo will also provide plant prizes for guests who pre-register for the Plant Swaps, including complimentary pollinator mix seed packs, tote bags and recycling containers that guests can take home throughout the season.

The pop-up garden will remain open through late fall.
