Philadelphia PA - November 17th, 2025 - Clean Sips Juice Bar, a new fast-casual juice destination featuring cold-pressed, locally sourced juices and wholesome bowls, celebrated its grand opening on Nov 15, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event was held at 5460 RidgeAve, Phila PA, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9:30 a.m. and free juice samples for the first 100 guests. Clean Sips Juice Bar provides fresh, real ingredients: Cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and bowls crafted daily from seasonal produce. We team up with nearby farms and suppliers to support our community and reduce our environmental footprint. We are open Wednesday - Sunday from 8:00am - 6:00pm We created Clean Sips Juice Bar] to make healthy, delicious juice an everyday luxury for our community,” said Dawane Cromwell &amp; Shalynda Perry, Founders. “We’re excited to bring fresh flavors and a welcoming space to Roxborough”. Dawane Cromwell has deep roots in this community and is excited about this new business venture. This is a full-circle moment for him. He spent much of his childhood in the area, living at Northern Homes for Boys, and later entered foster care within the same community. He attended William Levering School and spent many days at North Light Community Center while his foster dad worked there. Years later, he returned to North Light Community Center to serve as the Teen Coordinator.

The development will feature 32 carriage houses that will be divided into 2400 square feet twin homes.  The homes will have three or four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.The base price for a home in the development is $339,900.The development team behind the construction says that 25 percent of the homes have been sold already, and that construction has begun on the sold homes.New owners are expected to move in by late February or early March.
